Yes. Each lead is sold to one contractor only. Once you purchase a lead, it's removed from inventory and routed to you.
What information comes with each lead?
Full name, phone, email, property address, roof type, square footage, damage description, insurance status, and a lead quality score with estimated price range.
What's the difference between Standard and Premium?
Premium leads have confirmed storm/hail damage and an active insurance claim — they typically close faster and at higher job values. Standard leads are verified property owners who requested quotes but may not yet have an open claim.
How do I get the leads after paying?
After payment, you'll receive the lead details by email within minutes. We also route them directly to your dashboard if you have an account.
What if a lead is invalid or unresponsive?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a lead and we'll credit your account for a replacement. We stand behind our qualification process.
